We're looking for a Data Entry specialist for QuickBooks (desktop/online). The successful candidate MUST have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment. They should also have a strong understanding of multiple versions of QuickBooks, including online, and have a broad knowledge of business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Posting receipts to QuickBooks.
- Perform calculations and analyses with the data.
- Make clear and accurate entries in databases and spreadsheets.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and other individuals to obtain information.
- Present numerical data to management.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Excel knowledge is necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
