Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Field Service Lightning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, and will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable CRM solutions for clients in the Life Sciences, Health Care, Energy, and Utilities sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Configure and implement Field Service Lightning in complex environments.
• Develop Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and integrations as per business requirements.
• Configure Salesforce security controls, including profiles, roles, OWDs, and record-level sharing.
• Set up and manage Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud environments.
• Perform data modeling and migration using Force.com Migration tools.
• Utilize DB Workbench, Jira, and Einstein Analytics for data insights and task tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Create and execute test cases to ensure functionality and data integrity of Salesforce applications.
• Provide ongoing support, documentation, and enhancements for Salesforce applications.
• Recommend improvements to optimize business processes and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Salesforce CRM tools and cloud services (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Apex coding, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Force.com tools.
• Experience with Field Service Lightning configuration and deployment.
• In-depth knowledge of data security, sharing rules, and user roles.
• Familiarity with tools such as DB Workbench, Jira, and Einstein Analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud setup and configuration.
• Ability to develop scalable and maintainable custom Salesforce solutions.
