We’re looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to support a major business transformation program across the U.S. and Canada. This role will play a critical part in driving operational and organizational change, partnering across HR, operations, technology, finance, and business leadership.

We’re looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to support a major business transformation program across the U.S. and Canada. This role will play a critical part in driving operational and organizational change, partnering across HR, operations, technology, finance, and business leadership.
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- HR project leadership experience within global, matrixed organizations
- A background in large multinational corporations, especially those that have recently undergone transformation
- Strong change management and stakeholder communication skills
- Lead planning and execution of HR workstreams tied to business transformation goals (e.g., right-shoring, process simplification, automation)
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between HR and business priorities
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables while providing regular updates to senior HR leadership
- Coordinate with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, etc.) and business stakeholders to support change management and communication efforts
- Maintain accurate documentation, from role descriptions to onboarding and training materials
- 5–10 years of experience managing large-scale HR or business transformation projects
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Confidence working independently and cross-functionally across global teams
- Proven ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- PMP certification or similar
- Experience with change management frameworks and communication planning
- Previous work in highly matrixed corporate environments
Salary : $70 - $77
