- Perform cost analysis for single-family and multi-family construction projects, identifying trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasts based on project pipelines, timelines, and historical performance.
- Analyze and forecast personnel and vehicle utilization, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across projects.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to construction project performance, costs, and operations.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support resource planning and utilization analysis across personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Track operational expenses and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Evaluate purchasing and procurement activities to improve efficiency and cost control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reporting processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or construction analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in residential construction (single-family and multi-family).
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in construction environments.
