Key Responsibilities
- Perform material pickup and delivery in a safe and timely manner
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of all materials
- Issue materials and equipment daily as directed
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and company safety standards
- Follow all company policies related to safe driving, equipment use, and material handling
- Identify and report potential safety hazards
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet operational goals
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Specific Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized
- Ability to lift and carry 70 pounds regularly
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures
- Frequent movement, lifting, and equipment operation required
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on safety
