Associate Attorney (2–5 Years) – Litigation
Keough Construction Law (KCL) represents property owners and contractors in construction disputes throughout Florida. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience who is motivated, organized, and ready to handle meaningful litigation work with increasing independence.

Location: Dunedin, Florida
Compensation: $100,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience. The firm provides health care plan options and pays for half of health care premiums; offers a 401(k) match; provides 15 PTO days per year; and provides 10 paid holidays per year.
Preference is given to candidates with three (3) or more years of litigation experience and/or construction experience.
Requirements
-Must have passed the Florida Bar and be an active member in good standing;
-Strong legal writing and attention to detail;
-Professional, responsive client communication;
-Ability to manage deadlines and move cases forward.
Responsibilities
The Associate Attorney’s duties include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and routine correspondence; participating in hearings, depositions, and mediations (with support as needed); communicating with clients and opposing counsel; and assisting with litigation strategy from pre-suit through resolution.
Work Arrangement
This position is in-person at our office in Dunedin, Florida to start. Hybrid/remote eligibility may be available over time following an initial training period, based on performance and client needs.
