Job Description: Front Desk Team Member
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check in guests, ensuring all required information is obtained
- Answer phone calls, take appointments, and provide information about the services we offer
- Check guests in and out, process payments, and provide receipts
- Handle patient complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems
- Attention to detail for accurate proofreading of documents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
