We are seeking a Precertification Specialist/Clinical Liaison to support our patients and providers by ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations within our clinic. Job Responsibilities
- Answer patient phone calls and direct them to the appropriate provider or department.
- Assist patients with prescription refills, coordinating with pharmacies and providers.
- Address patient inquiries regarding treatment plans, appointments, and general dermatology concerns.
- Act as a liaison between patients and providers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to verify coverage and assist patients with billing inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team as needed.
Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience
