- This role is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, IA.
- Process and manage orders for all business segments and donation programs received via EDI and email which include ensuring accuracy in quantities, product offering, pricing and ensure order minimums are met.
- Retrieve and process orders from specific customer portals
- Interact with appropriate departments to determine product availability and assign ship dates based on known data.
- Be knowledgeable in product information and inventory levels by warehouse.
- Work closely with third party warehouses to ensure ship dates are met.
- Correspond with customers regarding order modifications as well as other inquiries.
- Use FourKites to manage customer arranged shipments and correspondence with carriers.
- Backup all Customer Service order management processes for all business channels within Kent Consumer Brands.
- Resolve customer shipment concerns which in include overages, shortages and damages.
- Issue credits or rebills per company policy
- Manage sellable days by product and customer
- Manage the Inventory Journal Report process
- Ensure all required documentation is scanned in system for record-keeping purposes and access
- Identify and escalate priority issues and report to high-level management
- All other duties as assigned
- AA degree preferred or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales administration or customer service setting.
- Ongoing travel required for position is less than 5% - between sites in Muscatine, IA
