Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analytics Support:
- Input operational data for analysis by the Data Analytics team.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across multiple systems.
- Assist with data validation and cleaning to support reporting and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to improve data collection processes.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data.
- Communicate effectively with team members across operations, purchasing, and analytics.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and improve accuracy.
- Support ad hoc reporting and data requests as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, purchasing support, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or data management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
