What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry and Word Processing Specialist position at Architectural Cabinetry?
We are a family owned business looking for a person to answer the phones, process paperwork, assisting in office duties, office cleaning, processing orders (we use Microsoft Excel and a custom software which we will train you on) and other task as needed.
Other duties: AR/AP/PAYROLL, we use QuickBooks Online, so knowledge with this software is a plus, but not required.
Looking for a person with a cheerful attitude and dependable. This position is necessary to allow us to continue in making our business successful. We have customers that have been with our company for a several years, and depend on our services and products, and we need a person that can see and understand the professionalism that is needed to help keep that maintained, and assist in our customers being satisfied.
This is a full time position and we are ready to hire immediately with the right candidate. We will train on the job, no experience necessary. Owners are involved in the business and interact with their employees. The work environment is friendly and comfortable. There is a great camaraderie amongst our workers, and we offer an enjoyable place to work.
