As a Preschool Teacher, you'll work hand-in-hand with our Site Director to create joyful experiences and support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to help little learners grow with confidence and curiosity.
What You’ll Do:

Foster a safe, nurturing space where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged

Assist with daily routines and individual care in a patient and respectful manner

Help plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities that spark creativity and learning

Support diapering, toilet training, and restroom routines with kindness and professionalism

Assist in preparing and serving snacks and meals

Supervise and engage with children during special events and field trips

Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development

- 21 yrs or older
- Ability to provide proof of current CPR and First Aid Certification within 3 months of hire
- 1-3 years’ experience working with children
- Willingness to learn state licensing childcare regulations and procedures for Group Day Care Centers.
- Registry Level 7 or Higher
- Ability to work cooperatively with youth, parents, staff, and community organizations
- Joy and satisfaction in working with children
- Ability to work independently.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Background check cannot contain offenses restricted by state law
Salary : $12 - $14
