The Preschool Lead Teacher plays a pivotal role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children ages 3 to 4. This position is responsible for implementing an age-appropriate curriculum that supports key developmental milestones, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
The Lead Teacher will collaborate closely with families to ensure individualized care and learning plans that respect each child’s unique needs and background. Additionally, this role involves supervising assistant teachers and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety standards within the classroom.
As a Closing Lead Teacher, you will also ensure smooth end-of-day transitions, maintain classroom organization, uphold daily routines, and provide a calm, engaging environment for children as they conclude their day.
Ultimately, the Lead Teacher establishes a positive foundation for lifelong learning by fostering curiosity, exploration, and early social skills in a warm and engaging environment.

The ideal candidate will have relevant educational experience, a sincere commitment to nurturing young children, and meet one of the following educational qualifications:
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
Associate’s Degree
Bachelor’s Degree
60 college credits, including 6 credits in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
