What are the responsibilities and job description for the KIDS CLUB COUNSELOR position at Kenosha YMCA?
Provide direct care for children ages 6 weeks-9 years in our Kids Club room. The Counselor will act as a teacher and will organize appropriate activities and play with participant’s ages 6 weeks to 9 years.
Qualifications:- 16 years old
- Ability to provide proof of current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Experience working with children
- Ability to work cooperatively with youth, parents, staff
- Joy and satisfaction in working with children
- Ability to work with general supervision.
- Background check cannot contain offenses restricted by state law
