We are currently seeking a team member with open availability who can provide flexible support throughout the week.
This position supports the work of the YMCA, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Provide superlative customer service to all members and visitors to the Kenosha YMCA Member Service Desk. Be informed of all activities, programs and special events offered at the Kenosha YMCA and be able to communicate this information accurately. The Member Service Desk Attendant will follow child abuse prevention policies, complete required training, maintain appropriate boundaries, and comply with mandated reporting requirements.
Qualifications:- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum age 18 year
- Customer service experience preferred
- Computer skills preferred
- Cash handling skills preferred
