Medical Assistant | Remote
We are partnering with a rapidly growing telehealth organization at the intersection of obesity medicine, preventative health, and digital care delivery on the search for Certified/Registered Medical Assistants to support their clinical team.
This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a highly collaborative provider group in a fast-paced virtual care environment focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience.
The role will involve:
• Supporting providers across day-to-day clinical workflows
• Managing patient communication through phone and messaging platforms
• Assisting with prescriptions, labs, scheduling, and care coordination
• Routing/escalating clinical questions appropriately
• Helping ensure a seamless patient experience across the broader care team
Ideal candidates will have:
• CMA/RMA certification
• Prior telehealth or virtual care experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving startup environment
• Experience within weight management/obesity care is a major plus

Full-Time | Benefits Eligible
Coverage hours fall between 8am–10pm EST with staggered shifts/weekend rotation support.
