Kennebec Behavioral Health, established in 1960 to provide comprehensive behavioral health services, named one of the Best Places to Work in Maine for the last 5 consecutive years and now recognized as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), is seeking a full-time Program Manager to work with our Supported Housing team in Augusta. The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Assigned Supported Housing Program including supervision of direct care staff, management, delivery and coordination of program and client services. This individual assures that these services and documentation meet KBH guidelines and regulatory requirements. The Program Manager assists the Director of Supported Housing programs and the Administrator in the development of program plans, policies, and procedures and the implementation of those plans, policies and procedures at the program level.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in social services, mental health, or related field required
- MHRT/C Required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Must be MHRT/1 eligible
- Active CRMA
- A minimum of 2 - 4 years professional experience in the mental health field.
