LPNs provide quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality. Develop relationships with residents and families. Assess, observe, and evaluate resident's clinical condition updating care plans as needed. A passion for people and being a strong advocate for older adults will ensure high-quality outcomes and a home that promotes quality of life, treating each person as a valued individual.
