About the Role:
We’re seeking a compassionate Full-Time Home Care Resident Assistant to provide quality physical, psycho‑social, and social support to residents in their home environments.
Duties include personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, errands, companionship, light housekeeping, and escorting residents to appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver care per individualized care plans
- Maintain annual education and required state certifications
- Communicate changes in resident condition to the Home Care Manager
- Document care accurately and promptly
- Keep resident environments clean and follow infection control guidelines
- Escort residents to medical appointments and ensure proper paperwork and comfort throughout the visit
Qualifications:
- Completion of approved nursing assistant program certification exam
- 1 year of home care or long‑term care experience
- Valid PA driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to lift/transfer 50–250 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, and bending
