Key Responsibilities
Drive New Business Growth
Actively seek out new opportunities through cold outreach, industry networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting. Build and manage a consistent pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into long-term clients.
Assess Needs & Deliver Solutions
Perform on-site evaluations to gain a clear understanding of customer needs, facility conditions, and financial considerations. Recommend HVAC systems and services that best meet both operational requirements and client objectives.
Develop and Present Proposals
Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts outlining project scope, pricing, and timelines. Present recommendations professionally, addressing questions while emphasizing the value of your solutions.
Partner with Internal Teams
Work closely with technicians, estimators, and project managers to ensure projects are scoped, priced, and executed efficiently. Share insights that help improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Cultivate Strong Client Relationships
Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales process and beyond. Build trust and maintain ongoing relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Meet and Exceed Targets
Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals by leveraging strategic planning, strong communication, and a client-focused approach.
Stay Current in the Industry
Keep up to date on emerging HVAC technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings. Continuously refine your product knowledge and sales strategies.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or a similar technical sales role
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, components, installation, and service processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals
- Self-driven and results-focused with a passion for customer success
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
