Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through multiple communication channels
- Enter and update billing and customer data accurately using medical billing and CRM software
- Process orders and maintain related documentation
- Collaborate with Customer Service Team and Billing Department to meet operational goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing procedures and products
- Generate reports on billing data and customer interactions
- Follow company policies and procedures in all tasks
