UX Designer

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a UX Designer to join their team! This position is located in Englewood, Colorado. 


 

Duties:

• Create sketches, wireframes, visual design comps
• Create high fidelity, interactive prototypes
• Own journey maps and personas
• Create usability test artifacts
• Manage user research scripts, reports and presentations

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 7 years experience in UI, responsive/mobile and visual design
• 7 years of experience in user research and FIGMA
• Experience leading design projects
• Experience providing guidance to development teams to help them execute UX designs
• Experience facilitating workshops with large groups of stakeholders
• Familiar with design systems such as material design
• Experience turning research into actionable findings
• Experience presenting to company executives
• Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive/mobile first design principles, UI patterns, layout, typography, and color proficient with research methodologies
• Experience creating interactive prototypes using FIGMA or similar prototyping tool
• Experience facilitating usability studies and using data to inform design decisions
• Experience presenting to other designers and stakeholders
• A strong portfolio that both demonstrates your craft and your role

The approximate pay range for this position is between $59.00 and $79.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
