Scrum Lead

Job Summary

Our client, a leading airline provider, is seeking a Scrum Lead to join their team. This opportunity supports Agile and DevOps teams focused on delivering high-value software solutions through Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices.


Key Details

• Contract Type: Contract
• Location: Fort Worth, TX 76155
• Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Core Responsibilities

• Optimize the flow of value from idea generation through product release
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, SAFe practices, and continuous improvement
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote team self-organization
• Identify, remove, or escalate impediments impacting team delivery
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy product backlogs and improve product planning
• Foster transparency through information radiators, metrics, and Agile reporting
• Serve as an Agile coach and mentor, promoting best practices across cross-functional teams

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or equivalent)
• 6 years of experience working in Agile environments
• Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Proven experience coaching Agile methodologies across technical teams and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Scrum, servant leadership, conflict resolution, and Agile best practices
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile and DevOps teams

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience driving Agile adoption across enterprise organizations
• Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Participation in large-scale Agile transformations
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience mentoring Scrum teams and Product Owners
• Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $57.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
