PMO Coach

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a PMO Coach to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri.


  

Core Responsibilities

• Sets priorities with stakeholders
• Defines requirements/backlog grooming/roadmap creation & ownership
• Reviews and approves production deployments
• Troubleshoot problems with the PMO Suite of Tools
• Manage the shared outlook account 'Digital APMO' inbox and calendar
• Monitor and respond to items in the inbox daily
• Monitor and take action on Suggestions via the suggestion box
• Review and update Templates at least annually
• Maintain the SDLC diagram, Process Guide, and master Project Checklist
• Organize, create content, manage speakers and present materials at monthly PMO Meetings
• Review lessons learned monthly and share out brief with the PMO organization
• Schedules new resources for sessions
• Coordinates with facilitators to make sure they’re available for their assigned session(s)
• Tracks attendance
• Review and maintain materials
• Collect feedback surveys from all new resources (typically at the end of the capstone course)
• Help new resources with access and permissions as they go through Onboarding
• Facilitates and delivers training material for 6 monthly sessions as well as a capstone course
• Lead the ORRB (Operational Readiness Review Board) meetings
• Onboard new ORRB members
• Maintain SP lists with ORRB members and teams
• Work with PMs on materials, and with ORRB members on votes
• Troubleshoot problems with tools

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experienced Project Manager
• Hands-on experience with Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
• Excellent financial skills
• Experienced teacher/trainer
• Able to speak in front of people: from technicians to CIO. 
• PMP Certification

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Construction Project Management is preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $60.00 and $65.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
