Our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and React to develop and support enterprise applications while providing technical guidance across AI-focused initiatives. This role combines hands-on development, code quality oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and oversight across multiple AI development initiatives
- Conduct code, design, and architecture reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and Compliance teams to support delivery and governance objectives
- Contribute to hands-on development of applications, APIs, and cloud-ready solutions using modern technologies
- Troubleshoot complex issues and support CI/CD, deployment, and production operations as needed
- Promote software engineering best practices, including secure coding, automated testing, documentation, and version control standards
- 5 years of experience in software development
- 1 year of experience in a senior/lead role
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages including expert proficiency in: .Net and React
- API and UI Development
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Python
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- JavaScript
- Snowflake, SQL Server, complex databases
- Location: Spring, TX
- On site 5 days a week, Monday - Friday
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $63.00 and $90.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
