Pay Rate: $27.50 per hour (1-year contract)

Shift: 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm. Opportunity to work overtime.

What’s a typical day as Supply Management Planner? You’ll be:

  • Managing day-to-day performance and relationships with suppliers for assigned commodities to support factory operations.
  • Communicating with suppliers daily regarding delivery schedules and resolving shipping and receiving issues.
  • Managing factory Hot Part Requests, Aged ASNs, Goods Receipt Compliance Issues, and supplier delinquency recovery plans.
  • Working with Supply Management Specialists to monitor and improve supplier performance, including corrective actions and negotiations.
  • Driving continuous improvement in supplier performance using established processes and criteria.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and reporting key cost drivers, market dynamics, and contract performance data to support business objectives and decisions.
  • Scheduling and expediting delivery of purchased materials, recommending premium logistics as needed, and supporting logistics teams and unit operations.

  • Have a degree in Business/Management
  • Possess basic experience with office and operational systems.
  • Demonstrate understanding of order fulfillment processes.
  • Are skilled in interpersonal communication and negotiation.
  • Can plan and organize effectively, collect and analyze data, and manage procurement processes.
  • Are detail-oriented and comfortable with reporting and reviewing information.
  • Are eager to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Are able to start work early in the morning and are open to overtime opportunities.
