Salary- $25-$27/hour

Shift- Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

You Must Meet The Following Criteria To Be Considered For This Position. Please Only Apply If You Can Demonstrate Experience In The Following

Have at least 1 year of current Resource Assignment Analysis experience

Have at least 1 year experience of scheduling reporters , translators and transcribers for legal proceedings.

Are available to work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

What’s a typical day as a Resource Assignment Analyst? You’ll be:

  • Reviewing, editing, and maintaining the job calendar daily to ensure accuracy and coverage.
  • Coordinating and assigning interpreters based on client needs, availability, and requirements.
  • Partnering with internal teams to understand service requests and align on priorities.
  • Communicating with clients and external resources via phone and email in a professional, timely manner.
  • Monitoring incoming requests and responding quickly to last-minute changes or cancellations.
  • Collaborating with the Scheduling Team to ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Supporting special projects and additional tasks as needed.
  • Coordinating and scheduling court reporters for the West FL calendar, handling 60–120 jobs daily while ensuring all assignments are accurate, fully covered, and aligned with both client and reporter needs.
  • Developing and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with reporters while gaining a deep understanding of client expectations and preferences.
  • Effectively prioritizing assignments based on job details, urgency, and complexity, and adapting quickly to last-minute changes or challenges.
  • Communicating professionally and confidently via email, tickets, and phone calls to resolve issues, confirm assignments, and deliver excellent service.
  • Managing a high-volume ticket inbox while keeping all assignments, updates, and follow-ups organized and on track.
  • Partnering with fellow RAAs and cross-functional teams, effectively navigating team channels and chats to ensure seamless coordination, clear communication, and timely execution across departments.

  • Have current or prior experience as a Resource Assignment Analyst (RAA) (required).
  • Possess strong administrative and customer service experience.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a high level of organization with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Are self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
