- Planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling activities of associates engaged in Quality Control, reporting to the Quality Control Manager.
- Conducting pre-shift meetings with the Quality Assurance team about Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
- Overseeing quality assurance and control throughout the company, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (required).
- Have at least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment setting up, operating, and troubleshooting calibration equipment.
- Possess at least five years of related work experience in Quality Management (highly preferred).
- Have experience with ISO Quality & Management Systems (required).
- Exhibit excellent active listening, verbal, and written communication skills, along with strong time management abilities.
