Key Responsibilities
- Process department, Virtual Office, and Registered Agent mail.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and service of process (SOPs).
- Answer incoming phone calls and support tickets; escalate as needed.
- Handle client account maintenance requests.
- Perform data entry and a variety of administrative tasks as assigned.
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure timely delivery and handling of filings with jurisdictional offices.
- Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
- Support team goals by assisting in improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.
- Exceptional phone and email etiquette
- Effective verbal and written communication; strong relationship-building skills
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail; strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proactive and energetic, able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications
- Friendly, positive attitude, and passion for delivering solutions
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
