Job Title: Fleet Administration Assistant (Broker Assistant II) – On-Site

Location: Green Bay, WI

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm

Pay: $20 per hour

Job Overview

A leading transportation and logistics team in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Fleet Administration Assistant to support the freight brokerage division. This role is essential for coordinating load coverage, tracking shipments, and ensuring a positive experience for drivers and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
• Respond promptly to rate offers and inquiries
• Book freight shipments with contracted carriers
• Monitor and update load statuses; troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Conduct driver check-ins and follow up with carriers for updates
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience (transportation, logistics, or administration preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized
