Pay: $14.25/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00am – 2:30pm (Overtime required)
About The Role
We are seeking a reliable and flexible Production Associate to join our team in Sanford, NC. In this role, you will primarily support our Faucets department but may be asked to work in other areas including assembly, testing, and final packaging. The position involves operating in a production facility and using small hand tools.

- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete production tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong attendance and punctuality; must arrive on time daily
- Comfortable working with small hand tools
- Team-oriented with adaptability to changing priorities
