- Collaborating with hiring teams and senior leadership to execute sourcing strategies, pre-screen candidates, and manage complex requisitions through SmartRecruiters.
- Ensuring compliance with state/federal employment laws and internal policies, while compiling data, analytics, market trends and industry overviews.
- Preparing, approving, and communicating equitable offer packages and competitive market research.
- Have a bachelor’s degree (required).
- Possess 7 years’ recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring experience in R&D recruitment, especially within healthcare/pharmaceutical industries. (required)
- Demonstrate proactive recruiting, sourcing strategies, and familiarity with SmartRecruiters.
- Have strong communication skills and are comfortable working with senior leaders.
- Exhibit the ability to deliver results, manage multiple priorities, and instill confidence in clients.
