We’re hiring an Inside Sales Rep to provide customer support and order management for a growing manufacturing team in Franklin, NH. While the title is “Inside Sales Rep,” this role is focused on helping customers, managing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth production and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and updates
- Enter and maintain orders in EPICS or similar systems, reviewing drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with engineering, scheduling, production, and quality teams
- Track job progress, communicate lead times, and manage changes or expedited requests
- Assist with customer issues, complaints, RMAs, and corrective actions
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with EPICS or similar MRP systems
- Ability to learn and understand technical drawings and extrusion processes
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Teams
