- Promoting and implementing HCM policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
- Conducting exit interviews and documenting interactions to support ongoing HR processes and compliance.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related area, with at least two years of progressive experience in Human Resources; or have a minimum of five years of HR experience in lieu of a degree.
- Possess working knowledge of employment and labor laws, employee relations, and performance management concepts.
- Demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to engage and counsel employees effectively at all levels.
