What’s a typical day as Employee Relations Business Partner? You’ll be:

  • Responding to employees who wish to speak with a Human Capital Management (HCM) professional, addressing their concerns with urgency and diplomacy.
  • Promoting and implementing HCM policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
  • Conducting exit interviews and documenting interactions to support ongoing HR processes and compliance.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related area, with at least two years of progressive experience in Human Resources; or have a minimum of five years of HR experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Possess working knowledge of employment and labor laws, employee relations, and performance management concepts.
  • Demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to engage and counsel employees effectively at all levels.
