Schedule Options And Pay Rate
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Front Half: Sunday–Wednesday (Rotating Sundays Off)
- Back Half: Wednesday–Saturday (Rotating Saturdays Off)
- Enjoy a full weekend off every other week!
- Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
- Monitor data center equipment to maintain peak performance and uptime
- Complete preventive maintenance on critical hardware
- Rack and cable equipment (servers, miners, PDUs, network switches)
- Update asset management systems and hardware maps
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and cable repair (Cat5/Cat6)
- Register and track equipment repairs in Minder and JIRA
- Work alongside experienced technicians to learn electrical systems and power distribution
- Assist with hardware returns and machine deployment
- Provide remote support to other sites as needed
- Foster positive communication within your team and with leadership
- Safely operate a scissor lift to complete assigned tasks
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and basic computer knowledge
- Associate’s Degree or Technical Certification (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Comfortable working at heights on a scissor lift
- Hands-on experience in a cutting-edge data center
