Data Entry Coordinator
- Processing and entering new and rescheduled scheduling requests, such as depositions, hearings, and trials into our internal system.
- Executing job settings within strict timelines to meet service level agreements.
- Managing direct billing setups for insurance carriers and handling Portal/Hopper requests accurately and efficiently.
- Reviewing requests for missing information and proactively following up with clients to ensure all data is complete.
- Identifying and correcting data entry errors or inconsistencies, responding to internal inquiries, and retrieving necessary records or files.
- Ensuring compliance with data integrity and security protocols while collaborating across departments and performing additional tasks as assigned.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) and at least 1 year of relevant experience in data entry, administrative roles, or legal settings (preferred).
- Possess strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or databases.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented mindset and strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Are reliable, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks.
