What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and order processing.
- Collaborating with supply chain, operations, and credit teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Managing the full order-to-cash process, including collecting and forwarding customer feedback.
- Providing customer support primarily by phone, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Utilizing ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office for daily operations.
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Are computer literate, with experience using MS Office; basic SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Possess strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Are adaptable, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
