At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Interact with Versah customers over the phone and email
- Answer questions about Versah’s products and services
- Process orders and transactions
- Explain clinical procedures and help direct customers to online resources
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems
- Deliver information about a company’s offerings
- Provide proactive customer outreach
- Handle customer complaints
- Collect & analyze customer feedback
- Develop and document knowledge into helpful content
Job Responsibilities
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service-related field
- Bilingual preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed as well as proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Excellence in accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle a variety of customer situations.
- Ability to work standard departmental hours of 40 hrs/per week, in addition to holidays and overtime as needed.
