Our client, a leading industrial distributor, is hiring a Customer Sales and Service Representative to join the team in Waite Park, MN!
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Long term contract with potential for temporary to permanent!
What You'll Do
As a Customer Sales & Service Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and helping ensure orders move smoothly from quote to delivery.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Sales & Service Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and helping ensure orders move smoothly from quote to delivery.
- Preparing and processing customer quotes
- Entering and managing customer orders
- Following up on orders and providing status updates
- Communicating with customers primarily through phone and email
- Managing and responding to inquiries via email
- Supporting inside sales activities and helping customers find the solutions they need
- Building strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met
- Customer service experience in an office environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable with Google search engine
- Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or related industry is highly preferred
- Order entry experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and customer requests
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
