- Serving as the main operational point of contact for assigned customers, overseeing the entire order lifecycle.
- Communicating order status, delivery timelines, backorders, and operational updates to ensure customer expectations are managed.
- Managing customer orders from entry to shipment within ERP systems, validating pricing and product configurations for accuracy.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
- Have 3–5 years of experience in customer operations, sales operations, order management, or a related operational role.
- Are proficient in ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems like Salesforce, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
