Location: Mason, OH (100% Onsite)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Duration: 9 months contract
About The Role
Join our team as an Asset Protection (AP) Coordinator! You’ll help protect people, property, and products in our Mason facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll monitor security systems, conduct safety audits, and investigate theft concerns. You’ll also support emergency responses, prepare reports, complete training, and drive a culture of loss prevention.

About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Monitor CCTV and Access Control systems
- Investigate internal and external theft or fraud
- Audit for safety and insurance purposes
- Conduct trainings and assist with new hires
- Collaborate with managers and law enforcement
- Respond to emergencies (medical, weather) as needed
- Document cases and preserve evidence
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ Retail Asset Protection/Loss Prevention experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willing to work nights/weekends as needed
