Hours for these Assembly positions are in the 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm, or 7:30am - 4pm M-F
Pay for these Assembly positions starts at 16 and goes up to 20 based on experience
Higher rates for experienced individuals (especially in cable/wire work)

Assembler Duties
- Assemble electrical components, cables, or wire harnesses according to specifications
- Use hand tools, crimpers, or soldering equipment to join parts
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions
- Conduct basic quality checks on finished assemblies
- Pack and label completed assemblies for shipment or storage
- Communicate any defects, delays, or material shortages to supervisors
- Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures
- Measure and cut wires/cables to specified lengths using manual or automatic cutting tools
- Label and organize cut wires for assembly or shipment
- Inspect wire for defects or damage before and after cutting
- Read and follow wire cutting instructions, schematics, or work orders
- Operate wire cutting machines safely and efficiently
- Track inventory of wire materials and report shortages
