Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
- Process customer requests efficiently, including data entry tasks such as updating account information and recording interactions in our systems.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions quickly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience that fosters trust and loyalty.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, accurately processing payments or refunds while maintaining security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless client support and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and computer skills to navigate multiple systems during daily tasks.
- Support the team during peak periods by assisting with call center operations, including outbound calling efforts and client outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles; previous call center experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases.

- Excellent phone etiquette with active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
