Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
  • Process customer requests efficiently, including data entry tasks such as updating account information and recording interactions in our systems.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions quickly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience that fosters trust and loyalty.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, accurately processing payments or refunds while maintaining security protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless client support and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and computer skills to navigate multiple systems during daily tasks.
  • Support the team during peak periods by assisting with call center operations, including outbound calling efforts and client outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center roles; previous call center experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases.
  • Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a broader range of customers.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; comfort using various computer systems required.
  • Experience with sales techniques or upselling is beneficial but not mandatory; a proactive attitude towards client support is essential.
  • Analysis skills to assess customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements.
  • Cash handling experience including processing payments accurately and securely.
  • Bilingual proficiency (if applicable) in additional languages beyond English is highly desirable for supporting diverse clientele. Join us in delivering outstanding client experiences!
