Admin Assistant (Dream Home Associate)

Location: Camden, SC

Pay Rate: $17.65/hour

Hours Of Operation

  • Sunday: 1 pm–4 pm
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday: 10 am–6 pm
  • Tuesday: 12 pm–8 pm
  • Saturday: 10 am–5 pm

Kelly Services is seeking a professional and customer-focused Admin Assistant to join a premiere client in Camden, SC as a Dream Home Associate.

Position Overview

The Dream Home Associate assists in the development of prospects and converting them to customers. This role involves assisting with sales, customer contact, greeting customers, preparing appointments, follow-up, and presenting the model home. You’ll gain hands-on training in product knowledge, CRM tools, and customer engagement, under the guidance of the Sales Manager and experienced sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage prospective and current customers
  • Assist in sales processes, including preparing for and following up on appointments
  • Demonstrate the model home and provide guidance on next steps in the home-buying process
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer communications
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional conduct, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in sales, administrative, or customer service roles is a plus
