We’re looking for a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to sell innovative packaging solutions and value‑added services within an assigned geography and account base. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who understands packaging, enjoys hunting new business, and takes ownership of performance. You’ll have the freedom to manage your territory like your own business — with strong internal support behind you.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow your territory
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to exceed sales volume and gross margin goals
- Identify, secure, and develop new accounts while growing existing key accounts
- Build a strong pipeline of high-potential prospects to drive sustained growth beyond market averages
Be a trusted packaging partner
- Understand each customer’s business, packaging needs, and growth potential
- Make regular face-to-face sales calls to customers and prospects
- Jointly plan with customers to uncover opportunities for cost savings, performance improvements, and new solutions
Drive results with accountability
- Set annual objectives for key accounts and manage progress throughout the year
- Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and pricing dynamics
- Communicate key wins, challenges, and trends to General Manager
Deliver exceptional service
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Communicate product updates, price changes, availability, and new offerings clearly
- Support collections efforts in coordination with the regional team
Operate like a professional
- Maintain accurate data, pricing, and customer records
- Execute paperwork efficiently so you can stay focused on selling
- Stay current on new products, packaging innovations, and sales best practices

Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 3 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry
- Valid driver’s license
