Our Recruiter is the Subject Matter Expert who will build positive relationships and drive candidate and client engagement throughout the entire recruitment life cycle.

Accountable for:

• Serve as the onsite liaison at the client location, focused on light industrial roles
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with three designated staffing suppliers
• Monitor and manage order flow to align supplier submissions with client needs
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve challenges, communicate shifts in priorities, and drive engagement
• Step in to review resumes when supplier production is low to ensure client needs are filled
• Track hiring metrics and share data-driven insights for process improvements
• Champion our culture of inclusion, teamwork, and personal integrity—day in and day out

Essential Skills:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in recruiting or supplier relationship management within a high-volume, industrial or light industrial environment
• Experience working directly with suppliers or as an MSP/RPO specialist is highly valued
• Ability to work effectively onsite, building trust with both client contacts and partner suppliers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable acting as the “go-between”
• Proficiency in tools such as Fieldglass, as well as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• While the focus is NOT on CV review, you stay ready to step in and screen resumes when needed
• Adaptability, data awareness, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Proven track record of collaborating to achieve hiring goals

This role requires 5 days of work per week onsite in the facility at Florence, KY.

Base pay range for this position is $51300 to $67000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
