Overview
Responsible for overseeing quality and food safety controls during 2nd shift production, supervising Quality Technicians, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Overview

Core Responsibilities
- Supervise daily quality activities and ensure proper setup, standards, labeling, and documentation on production lines
- Develop, revise, and maintain product specifications and operating standards
- Participate in audits, material review meetings, and process improvements
- Generate reports and maintain ingredient specifications and certifications
- Conduct weekly plant inspections and monitor corrective actions
- Provide GMP, safety, and quality training to staff
- Support problem-solving and minimize non-conformance costs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in food manufacturing
- 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and industry standards
- Basic math skills and flexibility for other shifts

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
