About The Role
Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Operations Administrator to support daily quality and laboratory operations within a regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone with industry experience who enjoys administrative coordination, documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, organizing documentation, and assisting with day-to-day operational activities across laboratory and quality teams.

You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, organizing documentation, and assisting with day-to-day operational activities across laboratory and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Manage purchase orders and track lab supplies, equipment, and services
- Coordinate vendor visits for preventative maintenance and calibrations
- Ensure timely receipt and processing of orders
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready training records
- Track completion and follow up on outstanding training requirements
- Maintain study binders and ensure document accuracy and version control
- Support raw data verification and quality checks
- Assist with deviation tracking and CAPA documentation
- Track lab inventory, consumables, and supplies
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure compliance
- Coordinate replenishment to prevent operational disruptions
- Assist with SOP authoring, revisions, and reviews
- Coordinate document approvals and workflows
- Maintain document control systems and ensure compliance with review cycles
- Assist with electronic Permit to Work (ePTW) processes
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GLP/GMP standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in QA, laboratory operations, or regulated environments (GLP/GMP)
- Working knowledge of GLP regulations and document control practices
- Experience with document control systems (e.g., MasterControl, Agile, Windchill)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience with inventory management or procurement systems
- Familiarity with ePTW systems
- Experience supporting SOP development in lab or manufacturing settings
