As the Field Project Manager, you’ll manage, develop, and implement multiple projects of varying complexity and size. You'll partner with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully and will play a vital role in supporting the infrastructure of data centers. About The Role
As the Field Project Manager, you’ll manage, develop, and implement multiple projects of varying complexity and size. You'll partner with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully and will play a vital role in supporting the infrastructure of data centers. Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion, facilitating planning sessions and establishing performance goals.
- Design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and track progress against objectives.
- Resolve project issues, monitor status, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and drive performance excellence.
- Manage project risk and identify solutions using quality tools.
- Document and share learnings with other teams to enhance project outcomes.
- Maintain project notes, databases, and records; provide regular updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Assign appropriate resources, guide and coach team members through all stages of the project.
- Oversee construction-related tasks and ensure alignment with project goals and standards.
- Experience in heavy commercial or industrial construction projects—power generation, data centers, manufacturing, or similar highly preferred.
- Proven ability to handle dynamic, ever-changing job site environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills—clear, organized, approachable, and professional.
- Strong customer-facing experience: comfortable representing our company and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities with composure.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at project planning and alignment.
- Construction project management experience, especially in power generation or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though relevant hands-on experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in software ( Ex: Excel, Smartsheets, Procore or other project management tools.)
- Ability to coordinate meetings, track invoices, and mitigate project risks.
