Responsibilities
- Supervise compounder team
- Provide oversight—ensuring workflow efficiency and batch execution.
- Lead daily meetings to communicate production goals and operational priorities.
- Track, monitor, and report on KPIs to leadership.
- Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring timely execution of batches.
- Offer hands-on guidance, mentoring, and coaching to develop team skillsets.
- Promote a positive, solution-oriented work environment.
- Ensure full compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, FDA guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, R&D, and Production leadership as needed.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a compounding manufacturing environment.
- Compounding background required (cosmetic, personal care, or OTC preferred).
- Strong understanding of FDA, GMP, and SOP regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to foster teamwork and drive continuous improvement.
